Piaras Moore

Managing Director

Piaras has a background in strategy consulting at ERM, the world’s leading pureplay sustainability consultancy. He specialised in carbon markets, corporate decarbonisation and sustainability strategy.

He is a Chartered Accountant, having previously worked at Deloitte. He studied sustainable finance at Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership and is completing an MBA at INSEAD.

Finian Moore

Managing Director

Finian has a background in carbon removal project development and regenerative agriculture. He led operations, R&D, and commercialisation at a Dutch biotech producing low emission agricultural inputs from macro-algae.

He holds an MSci in Marine Biology from the National Oceanography Centre where he specalised in biogas production from algae and studied business and climate change at Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership

Martin Reason

Chair

Martin has a background in financial services with HSBC Group, and spent over a decade as Chief Executive Officer of Melton Mowbray Building Society.

Alongside Kerkap, Martin is the Chair of Sitigrid Limited, a fast-growing technology business operating in the renewable energy sector, and Chair of The Circular Economy Developments Limited, a pioneering clean energy developer delivering large-scale carbon-negative power plants utilising waste-to-energy technologies.

James Moore

Advisory Board

Having served in the British Army after which he established an oilfield security business in the Republic of Yemen, James returned to the UK and joined SG Warburg in 1994. He co-founded the Private Funds Group (PFG), an alternative assets capital raising platform for private equity, infrastructure and private debt, in 1997.

Retiring from what had then become UBS Investment Bank as Managing Director and Global Head of PFG at the end of 2017, he became Chairman of Alpha Associates AG, a Zurich based alternative assets manager. James remains on the board post sale of the business to Amundi in 2025.
